By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
You must be an owner of a BMW M car (verified by VIN) to become a full member. One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for everything done from your account. You can delete your account from the profile page at any time.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions and listings you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display them on the site for as long as your account exists. Do not submit content you do not own or that infringes third-party rights.
Listings
Listings are between members. mowners.ro is not a party to any transaction, gives no warranty and bears no liability for sales, refunds or disputes. Listings that misrepresent the item, that advertise stolen or counterfeit goods, or that are not related to BMW M cars will be removed.
Events
Events listed on the site are organised under the responsibility of the local organisers. RSVP is informational only. Drive within the law at all times.
Illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)
If you spot content that may be illegal under EU or Romanian law, write to report@mowners.ro with a link and a short description. We respond promptly and may remove content, suspend the responsible account, and notify the relevant authorities where required.
Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent permitted by Romanian law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that engages in abuse, that misrepresents the user, or that disrupts other members. We will explain why where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
