On September 26–27, 2026, the BMW M owners community in Romania will come together at Hotel Sallaris in Sărata-Monteoru for a summer event dedicated to our shared passion for BMW M cars, socializing, and enjoying time with people who share the same automotive enthusiasm.

Our goal is to bring together as many members of the community as possible in a relaxed setting where cars, stories, technical discussions, and the summer atmosphere can create a memorable gathering. The event is a great opportunity to meet other BMW M owners, share experiences, admire the cars attending, and spend quality time together.

The meeting will start on September 26, 2026, and will end in the evening of September 27, 2026. Accommodation will also be provided for the night of September 27, so participants who wish to do so may leave on September 28, 2026.

Registration process

Registered users on the website can announce their intention to attend by using the “I’m interested” function available on the event page.

After expressing interest, one of the website administrators will contact users to confirm the necessary participation details.

The participation payment will be handled by the organizers on behalf of the participants. Participants only need to announce their intention to attend, and acceptance on the event page will be completed after internal confirmation by the organizers.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for a weekend dedicated to the BMW M community, the passion for driving, special cars, and the joy of being together.

Participation in the event is based on expressing interest through the “I’m interested” function on the event page.

Only registered users on the website can request participation in the event.

Acceptance on the event page will be completed after internal confirmation by the organizers.

Payment to the venue will be handled by the organizers on behalf of the participants.

Participants do not need to make any direct payment to the venue.

Accommodation is provided for the nights required by the event, including the night of September 10.

Participants may leave on September 28, 2026, if they wish.

Participants are kindly asked to follow the organizers’ instructions throughout the event.

Participants must respect the venue rules, hotel staff, and all other guests.

Civilized behavior, respect, and a positive attitude are required.

Aggressive driving, drifting, burnouts, dangerous acceleration, or any risky maneuvers are not allowed inside the venue or in public areas.

Participants must follow all traffic laws during any drive related to the event.

Cars must be parked only in the areas indicated by the organizers or venue staff.

Blocking access roads, entrances, or reserved areas is not allowed.

Alcohol consumption is each participant’s responsibility, and driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and their vehicles.

Any damage caused to the venue, other participants, or vehicles will be the responsibility of the person who caused it.

Photos and videos taken during the event may be used to promote the community and the event.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photo or video materials are asked to inform the organizers.

Pets, additional guests, or participation changes must be announced to the organizers in advance.

Any cancellation or change related to participation must be communicated to an administrator as soon as possible.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse or withdraw participation for anyone who does not follow the event rules.
